Terms and conditions of service

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

When you find an item you like, select the size (there is a size guide) and quantity, then "Add to Cart". You can continue shopping and add more items to your cart, or proceed to checkout.

The checkout process is quick and easy. No matter how many items you have in your cart, you only need to check out once. Add your payment information and the type of card you are using. We accept most debit and credit cards, including PayPal.

Once the payment is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. The order is then sent to the requested address!

SHIPPING

Shipping Information

Orders are processed daily from Monday to Friday by 10:00 am. Since each order is unique, shipping costs vary depending on size, weight and destination.

Delivery times: for Italy on average 3 – 5 days.

ITALY, AUSTRIA, GERMANY, BELGIUM, LUXEMBOURG, FRANCE, NETHERLANDS, PORTUGAL, SPAIN - free shipping over € 99.00 of expenditure

For orders under €99.00 shipping costs are €10.00

EUROPE – free shipping over €300.00 of expenditure

For orders under €300.00 shipping costs are:

  • Poland, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania: €20.00
  • United Kingdom: €25.00
  • Ulster, Eire, Sweden: €35.00
  • Finland: €45.00
  • Switzerland €50.00
  • Denmark: €65.00

Delivery time: for Europe on average 5 – 7 days.

Our shipping times are to be considered indicative only. Alea Fashion Industries cannot assume responsibility for delays due to causes attributable to unforeseen events or a failed payment.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Prices include taxes and VAT.

ORDER TRACKING

After placing an order, you will receive an email with all the details. You may be contacted if additional information is needed to verify your payment. Once your order is approved, it will be shipped within 2 business days.

Depending on your location, delivery to Italy can take between 3 and 5 business days from dispatch. We will be happy to provide you with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.

RETURN POLICY AND PROCEDURES

Return Policy

Returned items must comply with our criteria:

  • Shirts must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and original packaging included.
  • Shirts must be returned with the original boxes and protective bags (if applicable) and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
  • We do not accept any returns that have been worn or soiled.

Please try the products carefully so that you can return them in the same condition. Returns that do not meet our standards will not be accepted.

Returns Procedures

Alea fashion Industries is pleased to provide a return service for all products that comply with our Return Policy. Return shipping costs are at the Customer's expense.

Your item must be returned to Alea Fashion Industries within 30 days of the delivery date .

What to do to make a return?

Prepare the package with the return documents included in your order, specifying the reasons for the return.

All items must be returned with all original packaging inside the box

Cancelling an order

It is not possible to cancel an order. It will be possible to return it within 30 days of delivery. The cost of the return will be borne by the Customer. Contact our Customer Service for assistance and more information.


REFUNDS

Refunds

Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be processed via your original payment method, excluding shipping costs. We will keep you updated and you can check the status of your return with our Customer Service.

We may issue a refund in the form of a credit if you wish. The amount will be deducted from your total spend at checkout for your next order.

Defective items

Our goal is for all products to arrive in perfect condition and for every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or does not match the description on the site, please contact Customer Service immediately, who will organize the return and activate the refund procedure.

Alea's loyalty program is managed by the Ekoma: Rewards & Referrals plugin. Users can unsubscribe from the club at any time by sending an email to customerservices@aleafashion.com.
